15 February 2011	Notification of abstract acceptance
31 March 2011	Deadline for early registration
09 May 2011	For you convenience and in order to make the registration process smooth, easy, and fast the registration counter at Santander Convention Centre lobby will be available Monday 9 May, 2011 from 17:30h to 20:30h.
10-12 May 2011	Symposium
27 May 2011	Deadline for submission of manuscripts for the ICES Journal

• A local reception will be hosted by the Mayor of Santander at the Magdalena Palace on the first evening of the symposium.



• A conference dinner, to celebrate the work of our Guests of Honour will be held at the 'Silken Rio Santander Hotel' on the second evening (€ 50, bookable at time of registration).
